cleaners jobgreat lifeguardsrude staffdated room
the lifeguards were great with my kids. the cleaners did a fantastic job and always kept our room tidy. mahmoud always found a table for us in the restaurant and brought drinks quickly.
the reception was poor. some staff members were rude and miserable (it really affected my mood). the rooms were dark and dated, but otherwise okay.

the staff provided attentive service. food options offered tasty variety. drinks were readily available at the several bars. i found the on-site aquapark great. i enjoyed the pools a lot. the hotel exceeded my expectations. i was impressed by the proactive responses (especially to any requests i made).
the gym could benefit from additional equipment updates.
